Very comfortable and well-equipped hotel

Could not be improved in any way.

Our recent city break was made even better thanks to the comfortable accommodation we found. the room was well equipped with complimentary coffee and welcoming freebies, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. the location was also top-notch, only a short stroll to the heart of the city, and with excellent restaurants nearby. the staff were extremely friendly, and we appreciated their accommodating nature when we needed a late check-out due to a flight delay.

Despite our overall pleasant stay, there were a couple of small issues we encountered. the language barrier made it difficult for us to receive personalized recommendations from the receptionists about nearby attractions, although they were incredibly friendly and accommodating otherwise.

The hotel was conveniently situated near several facilities, such as a metro station and a mini-market. the hotel was located in a quiet area. The hotel room was kept in excellent condition; housekeeping staff would come in daily to clean it and stock fresh linens. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The hotel did not have an elevator, which was inconvenient when moving heavy luggage. the hotel's breakfast was lackluster and did not have many options.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, with easy access to Rustaveli Ave and a variety of great restaurants in the area. It's tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood, which makes for a peaceful stay in the heart of the city. the rooms are designed with comfort in mind, featuring comfortable beds and superb showers. the breakfast spread is delicious, with many options to choose from. the staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay.

The language barrier with the receptionists can be a bit of a challenge when seeking personalized recommendations.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, situated in a quiet neighbourhood among great restaurants and just a short walk to the city center. The hotel facilities were fantastic - AC and WIFI worked perfectly, and the room was impeccably clean. The staff were also friendly and helpful, allowing me to check-in early and even providing a late check-out due to a delayed flight. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee and freebies in the room were a nice touch.
